rough country track bar ????

Default rough country track bar ????

Hey guys i hace a 4.5 rc lift and there adj tb for my lift to 6.5 or whatever it is any way the joint is going bad i can see it move when someone turns the wheel now ive goggled and googled and came up with 2 tre parts numbefs es140r & ES2223R now the es140r is to.small and the other has to be ordered so im wondering if anyone else had this problem i dont want to oreder if im not 100% its the right piece thanx i await responses

best thing to do is email rough country they will tell you


IMO... get a new track bar not from rough country or it will happen again

Well i have many problems with them and my lift altogether so i am most likely gonna start swapping parts but i do need to fix this issuse i have now because it is my dd

Definitely get that fixed, call Jeff green from rc he's a great guy ti deal with, he'll have the replacement tre at your door in a couple days. Make sure you tell them you need the tre not the heim joint tho

I just got off the phone wit them apparently the bar i have is supposed to have the drop bracket i dont have that and i bought it on ebay so now i have to buy a new set up

I had the same problem, and went with Rubicon Express from Serious Off Road. Great price and great service, ( fast ) totally fixed my problem.

i have the same RC TB and mine rod end went out to and RC said that it was out of warranty so i went and got this one and its great http://www.tmrcustoms.com/store/inde...oducts_id=1439

The RC TREs are junk. My first one had movement in it after 1500 miles, second one after only one wheeling trip. If you got a good quality TRE like Moog or otherwise it'd probably work out better.

By reading some of the posts here, I would say quite a few lift them and then don't wheel them.
