Default Rolled my jeep into a ditch at the stave, fixable?

Hey guys, it's unfortunate but recently I washed out off of a gravel road at stave lake bc, after 4x4ing for the first time, and landed upside down into a ditch. luckily I got off unscaved but now my poor jeep has its driver side b pillar bent out, driver side door and passenger side door bent, windshield cracked to heck, roof bent in, and driver front fender all mangled. Is there a way that this is fixable and I'm able to get my jeep who has lasted 20 years to be on the road again?

Pictures included:

Yup Just weld on a new roof and a couple of doors and you can save it . don't get me wrong it will be a lot of work and take some time . I think if you took it to a shop it would cost to much .

Everything can be fixed with enough time and money.

Is it really worth it?

I agree with tech - a shop is going to be very expensive, if anybody will do it.

Your structural integrity is gone, and a welded on top will not get that integrity back. If you roll it again, it will collapse, possibly leading to your demise (death by squishing), which will generate a lawsuit, which shops don't want to deal with.

So, it may be that nobody will touch this. Can't hurt to get a few quotes, though.

A shop won't do it, and by you asking the question I can already tell you don't have the knowledge to do it yourself. Don't get me wrong... nor do I. And I can fabricate damn near anything. I'd just get a clean shell and swap the goods over. Unless you haven't done anything special to it. Sorry for your loss man.

The only comment I will add is if you are going to attempt a repair is to buy a port a power set and work slowly. Most of the damage will come out.

Cosmetics are one thing, structural damage is another. His structural integrity is gone and cannot be replaced short of building a roll cage.

It might just be better to take the top off, Just put in some boat seats for rainy days.

You could also try to find a bad jeep with a good body and swap your good parts over.

Doubtful a body shop will touch that. Even if they did it would probably cost just as much as another XJ in better shape.

i agree with taking the top off, building a cage, and no tops are always better in the summer at the beach or lake, or anywhere girls are without them

damn. it could be fixed with cutting and welding but its a no brainer the integrtiy will never be the same and the risk of another flip could be deadly i'd take what i can and move on to another one. i'm sure thats not what you want to hear but it's the safer and better option, in my opinion.

sorry for the loss
