rim and tire?

rim and tire?
i have a neighbor who is moving and he has a set of 18 inch rims(5.45) with brand spanking new tires ( 225-40-18) for 200 bucks i was wondering if the rims and tires would fit on my 97 cherokee without a lift or rubbing issues
