Right Turn Squeak
Howdy Jeepers,
I've developed a right turn squeak of sorts. I first noticed two weeks ago when we were coming off a trail into a wash. And then again a lot more this weekend.
How to describe ...
It only happens when I turn the wheel right.
And it has to be from center, it wont squeak coming from hard left to right until I hit center again.
It is speed related, the faster I go the fast the squeak squeak squeak goes.
I watched the tires on the Jeep in front of me when we were both doing 5 to 10mph.
When his sidewall lettering hit bottom, I got a squeak, and then when it hit top I got an un-squeak sound.
So when moving it goes squeak,un-squeak ... squeak, un-squeak ... squeak,un-squeak etc.
Nothing is rubbing on anything, clearances from tires to anything hard look ok.
Doesn't do it all the time. This morning to work in 2WD at 35psi nothing.
Seems to only happen 4WD when aired down to 20psi.
Could it be the u-joint in between the axle at the C's?
Lost here.

Found similar, seems to be leaning towards front u-joint?
