It will fit. The headpipe behind it is different. There is no provision for EGR pipe or O2 sensor in the HO manifold. The O2 sensor mounts in the headpipe.

Your O2 sensor will have to go in the headpipe like an HO. The headpipe is routed differently. Will fit with minimal mods.

Head pipe meaning header?also I just talked to my machine shop he said most jeepa my year have cracked heads and it's 285 for them to go threw it and check it. I don't wanna spend that kind of money to find out the head is cracked. He suggested just buying a new cylinder head. I've looked online I can get one 450$ should I just buy one for my year or a diff year. I plan on keeping my renix intake manifold.i do however want to go with a HO long tube header.

The only years that had a problem with cracked heads were 00-01. If you have one of those head then think about it.

Slow down here!!

The heads are fine. Don't listen to that moron any more.

The header bolts to the head. The headpipe bolts to the header. This is SO easy.
