Default Rebuild/Regear plan..is it logical?

So i have been roughly planning out my regear plan the past few weeks and im looking for any advice you might have on how im going about doing everything. right now i have 32's on 3.07 99 5speed 30 front and 8.25 rear. my plan is as follows
Going to the JY sunday to see what they have and possibly pull the rear.
gunna be looking for pretty much the same rears unless i magically find a towing package xj (in which case ill just pull front and rear depending on ratio and just do new seals and brakes and throw it in)
reason for the jy axles is that its my DD and if i have a rear in the garage i wont rush the job and i can take as long as i want to do whatever i damn well please if i change my mind on certain things haha
So ffont that point im gunna consult the guy who is going to be doing the R&P and other important parts that require the tools and experience i dont yet have haha... from there im gunna find out how he wants the axle and blah blah blah while im waiting for the funds to buy the higher priced items im gunna sand blast the rear and throw some rustoleum on it and do outer bearings and seals and do the disc brake swap using as many jy parts as i can to keep costs semi low before the big spending comes in...

the plan for the front is pretty much the same ill be doing replacing pretty much everything i can before sending both the get regeared at the same time...using mostly new parts up front(balljoints and whatnot)

its not a heavy duty build i dont need trusses and crazy heavy duty stuff its a Driver and weekend wheeler i appreciate any input but if your gunna tell me to go 8.8 or truss it and all crazy stuff just keep it to yourself please... i dont wheel it tooo hard... also forgot to mention ill be going up to 4.56 in case i decide to go up to 33's (i double and triple checked myself on the the math of the higher rpms ill be running witht the 32's but it its only a few hundred and still not a crazy number.....

anyway im doing all this as a low cost slow build and just throwing it all in in one shot so my daily isnt down for too long while dumping all the money out in one shot this way i can wait for good sales and craigslist finds and whatnot....

anyway sorry for rambling post but i tried to include all info in one post...but i would love any input and recommendations thanks again!

3.55:1 is fantastic with a 5-speed and 31s, 4.10:1 for 33s. If you drive on the highway much you're gonna want a second gas tank to run 4.56:1 on 32s. Are you reading post from slushbox owners (who will invariably reply that this is a great combo without even reading your post) or did you use http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html ?

Most importantly, is this a trailer queen or DD? Both 3.55:1 and 4.10:1 can be found in the JY or in Craigslist in complete axles, making regearing your currents a big waste of cash. 29-spline 8.25 is plenty strong for 32s.

4:10's for 32/33's. You'll be burning gas like crazy and your engine won't like you with 4.56's.

355s are easily ava and a direct bolt in when from a donor xj. Saves money and down time. If you got time and extra cash heres a reference chart

4.56s or 4.88s and 31s or 32s works great IMHO. Engine loved it. Trans liked it more. Don't fear the gear. Especially if you tow.

My 92 has a factory towing package, why would that matter to the OP?

It wouldn't in 1992. Older model towing package AW4s had 3.73:1 gears
