I hear ya man. 1k for a bumper is alot and im not really looking to spend that much. Just cant wrap my head around that price....in some case senarios, 500 for bumper, 500 for swingout!....lol

You could also build your own!! There's plenty of write ups and you could probably find some build plans, another idea is to get a cheap eBay rear bumper for about $200 and build the tire carrier on it if it will support the weight you'll have about 3 350 in it

How much longer will it take these guys to understand that a rear recovery bumper with or without a tire carrier needs to have frame tie ins, and a front winch bumper needs more then 3 mounting points per side?

Yeah.....been to their shop.......they did my buddys Clayton long arms and rear 4 link on his xj.........umm......ill leave it at that........

I asked the same question about the front, they use a different setup now. He showed me the front plate. It bolts behind where the steering box mounts. The site has not been updated.

I just might end up doing that! Already have a rear bumper to add on to.
