Default Rear stabilizer

I have a 93XJ 2 Wheel Dr., does anybody know if there is a heavier duty rear stabilizer that will fit? The undersize stock stabilizer just does not give the stability that I am looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

You're going to get a lot more replies about people having removed the rear sway bar than anyone having made it bigger. The factory Up Country package off road suspension didn't include one, which is probably why so many people delete it.

Looks like Addco sells a 7/8" unit. I've no idea what the stock size is, but keep in mind that sway bar stiffness rises to the 4th power of the diameter. A small increase in the size of the bar dramatically increases the stiffness.

Jeep - Addco

A rear swaybar may be the last thing you want. My XJ doesn't have a RSB, and oversteers very readily in the rain. It would be much worse with a RSB. If anything, you should look to make sure the front swaybar is present and properly attached. And if your problem is with wandering steering, that doesn't have anything to do with an RSB.

Thank you, every thing in the front is new, also I replaced the rear leaf springs with new 3” lift. It has to much body lean in curves

Does it have a front swaybar? I'm asking because disconnecting the front swaybar has a substantial effect on body roll.

What shocks do you currently have? Generic shocks that came with your lift?

Perhaps try a better quality set of shocks like bilsteins?

I'm at 5 inch lift on 32 inch tires with a pretty compliant suspension and have a very tolerable amount of body roll in the corners. I tend to push the comfort limits on corners, and I corner my XJ only a few mph less than my wife's 2019 Accord.

I'm wondering if the air shocks are your issue.

Like you I am a beast on the corners. I know it is never going to handle like sports car. All my driving is on black top, not off road. Just looking for some improvement.
