Default rear shock mounts

Guys, I've run into a bit of a problem. Broken bolts on my upper rear shock mounts. Tried welding on bolts...didn't hold. I saw a thread somewhere that used a small piece of channel on both sides bolted through the floor. ( can't seem to find the thread)
I have an RE 3.5 kit on now...what would be the best solution for this? I don't think fishing in new bolts is what I'm looking for. Is there a good home built or after market fix you guys have used and would recommend?
Thanks for the help.

If you can weld, then just grab some rear sway bar mounts and weld them up in there for bar pin eliminators. Otherwise, knocking the weld nuts out and fishing new bolts down is really easy....it took me 30 minutes to do both sides, tops.

Iron Rock Offroad has new mounts you can bolt or weld on. They also eliminate the bar pin.

You can re tap the existing hole and use a different bolt like so.
