Ok, so I bought pieces of a hand me down kit from a buddy of mine that included some rear greasable shackles. He didn't know how much of a lift they added or brand, but thinks they were rubicon express. So my question is this: is there a way of measuring the shackle to see how much lift it would add? or comparing it to a stock length?

Any help would be appreciated!

I think you get about 1/2 the difference of the old shackle length and the new shackle length.
If your stock shackle is 3 1/2' bolt hole to bolt hole. And new shackle is 7 1/2". you get a 2" lift.

I think it's just the angle of the first picture. Remmeber that they might give you more than half of the extra length if your shackle angle isn't 45 degrees.
