Hi all!
I was stupid when i did my 3.5 inch lift and didnt get the kit with the rear leaf springs, and now my jeep's rear leafs are shot and I need them replaced. My ride is seriously sagging in the rear. I was wondering if anyone knows of a junk vehicle that would have leafs that would fit on my 91 XJ (so that i dont have to spend way too much on rear leaf springs). I think the width of the jeep rear leafs is 2.5 inches but what would that compare to on other vehicles, and what type of (truck, i assume) vehicle would have some that might give me at least 3.5 inches of lift. I am planning on going up to 4.5 inches possibly (not necessary, but possible).
Any help would be great.

The bastard pack route, just like with the aal, makes the ride harsher. Your trying to go economy but idk, it's a bandaid over a bandaid at this point:
Old leaves made taller by AAL
AAL is now sagging
Adding bastard pack (more old leafs) to all of the above isn't gonna warrant much for ride quality.
Can you just get new leaf packs to match height? Or maybe just a new AAL if you're still trying for cheap? Idk...

yeah that's the problem. I noticed that the 4.5 inch lift and 3.5 inch lift leaf spring bundles are pretty much the same price, but about 30 dollars more expensive than the stock replacements. I guess I'll just have to man up and buy one of those, but if I get the 3.5 bundle I might as well go for the 4.5 and get the coil spacers for the front to match.
I figured I'd be saving myself some money by getting a leaf bundle off a scrapped vehicle. And I don't want to get the aal, b/c that really would be a bandaid.
