I have a 4.5" suspension lift kit on my cherokee it is shackles in the rear and it looks like th stock leaf springs are being push a little too much would it be wise to upgrade to new leaf springs to go with the lift kit

 

Yes, save yourself the time and swap them out right now. Trying to save old leaf packs is too often a wasted effort.
