2000 Cherokee XJ 4x4. There are so many options out there for rear bumper with tire carrier. It can drive you nuts trying to decide on one. I am not looking for one that will break the bank however, I want a good dependable one. The rig will be my hunting vehicle and I also will be on the street running errands etc. I am seeking advice on a reliable manufacturer that makes one at a decent price. Not looking for a cheapy and not looking for a super high dollar either. Just one that I can count on to do the job. Any recommendation will be much appreciated. Thank you!

 

What ever you get, make sure the bumper is tied into the frame, not only on the stock bumper mounting locations'. I bought my jeep with a tire carrier bumper, and it was only mounted to the sheet metal, it was flopping around. You have to add supports that slide into the frame.
