I've looked around for something like this, but I can't find anything. I have a Reese Class III hitch, and I want a new after market bumper. I want one with D Rings and quarter panel guards (like JCR), but I want it to be compatible with an after market hitch. Does such a thing exist?

have your new bumper built with a hitch, better ground clearance in the rear that way..

I would but I already have the hitch. I might just leave it stock, then.

buy the bumper with a hitch built in, then sell your hitch and get a little money back

Sell the hitch to help pay for the bumper, that's my plan lol
