RE 3.5 lift woes
I recently purchased a 2001 cherokee for my daughter. It has the RE 3.5 full kit. It has the usual issues. l want to add a rear shackle relocater but what I read is they raise the rear an inch or more and the rear allready sits much higher than front. I also want to run drop brackets in front. My plan was to change the front coils to the RE 4.5 coils to even out the lift also the 4.5s are a softer coil per there rating. Has anyone done something like this.

the rear will still sit higher than the front. I have 4.5" RE coils front, 3.5" RE leafs rear, 1" lift JKS boomerang shackles, liquid iron shackle relocation. the rear is noticeably higher than the front maybe about 5.5-6" rear
plus when you bump it up to 4.5" you're going to need to consider track bar, drive line angles, and some other parts

I already want to replace track bar. mine was drilled not a fan. Do the boomarang shackles add much over the relocation brackets.

I did the exact same thing. Was quite unhappy with the RE3.5" kit and the ride it provided. Shackles were standing vertical, LCAs pointed 45 degrees down, coils were very firm...
Now added JKS shackles, 4.5" coils, RC Drop brackets, adjustable LCAs and UCAs. Rides much better. Adding next week DPG bump stops and removeable mud flaps...

I did almost the exact thing.
But I also did shackle relocators and 1.5' spacer up front.

If you bought this for your daughter I'm going to assume it's meant as a DD. What I would do is remove the smallest leaf from the packs, it should drop it about an inch and level it out, it'll also help improve the shackle angle.

Don't bother with drop brackets on a small lift.
Boomerang Shackles are a great upgrade.

Disagree. On my RE 3.5" (well, adjusted to 4.5") the drop brackets made a huge difference in both suspension quality and steering. I was even able to get a good alignment...

Yeah i would think the drop brackets would provide a much better arm angle. I was considering that for my RE kit 4" of lift
