Default RE 3.5 LCA geasing rubber side?

So installing the lower control arm and broke the grease zerk head off on the rubber bushing side . Threaded side still in there. So went and got a twist removal took and now that is broke inside. Which is hardened. Question 1: how can I get this out? Remember the hardened removal tool is still in there.

Question 2: does this side even need greasing? Doesn't make a ton of sence being a rubber bushing.

Help plz! Thanks

If it were me I would pull the arm and take it to a shop and have them to try and do the job correctly.

YES it does need to be lubed or a zerk would not be there.

Okay. That's what I'm going to do. There's an auto parts store that has a machine shop so I'm taking it there.

Thanks
