Default RC long arm
I currently have RC long arms radius arm setup would it be possible to put a upper arm mount on the cross member and get rid of the raduis arm setup and just put a single upper arm on and
make it a 3 link?

sell the rough country LA and buy clayton 3 link. No way I would add another link onto a bolt on crossmember.

personally i would go with 2"--1/4" wall. but i wouldnt go below 1.5"--1/4" wall

x2 the crossmember is weak. I've seen the welds break and it bend in. Be more trouble than it's worth.
