Lightbulb rattling noise when i let off throttle..

I have a rattle, sounds like in the middle or the rear end when I let of the throttle . Could it be the drive shaft? I have a 4.5 inch lift. I give it throttle it goes away? ??

I haven't taken time to look at the driveshaft yet. What should d/s angle be anyway? I have a 4.5" lift too with rc leafs in back.

X2 on the driveshaft angle, I had mine at 5.5" of lift and it did what you're talking about, dropped it down to 4.5" and it went away.

96+ tcases have an external slip yoke.. its unsupported like the older ones and needs grease. pull the boot and grease it. without a SYE, your yokes should be parallel, but stock shafts are too short, it would kill ujoints quick, and vibe like hell. check out the ends of the yokes and look for shiny spots in the metal, i'll bet something rubbing. check your axle ubolts too.. just in case.
