Just picked up my xj last night, and when i went and did some light wheeling for about 10 miutes, it started to overheat. I popped the hood and noticed that the two aftermarket fans that where put in would not work, even when I put direct power to them from the batterey. I think I need new fans, so is there anything special I should look for?

I won't. You won't get a decent answer until you start posting where your post belongs. This is advanced tech, since you said they are not the stock fans.

Answer this for me, if you will. What made you think fab was anywhere near the right place to put this? And why didn't you read the sticky saying READ BEFORE POSTING that could have made you say "Hey, I won't post this here, since it clearly doesn't belong and perhaps i won't get an answer to my question?"
