I have to buy a whole set up because I bought the jeep with no mech fan. So I want the best I can get for about 60-70 bucks. Is there something I can upgrade too since I have to buy everything anyway, say a better designed fan? Or a better brand clutch?

OP get a JY mechanical fan (just blades no clutch) and buy a new Hayden stock fan clutch. Oreileys has a good price on them.

And also there is a fan blade by flea lite on auto parts warehouse that says it doesn't require a fan clutch... Pros/cons?

Just get the stock setup.

If not a JY then check the for sale section on part outs, bet someone will let one go cheap. Hell I've probably got one I could sell you.
