on the radiators they sell is there a spot for screw in sensor below the rad cap neck for the cooling fan control i have swithced from the closed system to a open on my 89 and still using my sensor in the factory one core im running

any body answer this questions

cdawall 07-12-2011 06:28 PM

mine has it

Didn't have one on my 3 core from them, just the radiator hose, and two trans cooler connections. For a closed system radiator.

Ya mine didn't either. I had the 3 row. But I imagine adding it there couldn't be too hard if you know what if doing. Find out the thread size and find a good sized nut to match. You can drill a hole in the rad then weld the nut on. If ur careful it should work. I had do to it for an 02 sensor on my exhaust. But that's a little different.
