Are they worth it I? I want a little bit more of a lift I already have a three inch from rc not the add a leaf. Would they work with my shocks already on there?

shackles are worther, longer shackles are going to improve shackle angle which improves ride quality and flex. Though a shackle relocation bracket would work even better.
Spacers on top of coils raises the center of gravity without increasing the spring rate, making for more body roll in turns.

Spacers and shackles aren't going to make anything break...
Like ^ he said. Long shackles should make it ride smoother, depending on what your angle is now...
You won't notice the difference with or without the spacers.
But, I agree, I'd trim the fenders before I lifted it more.
