Question on headers
Are they worth it? Hooker has some but they are oem size and the only thing is different it look like is that I can get them ceramic coated. So before I blow $500 I was wondering its worth?

OEM headers are fairly good. Having solid motor mounts that are GOOD and not worn significantly increase the life of any header, keep that in mind.
You'll get more real benefit from replacing the crushed section of the downpipe. And if you do decide on a replacement, you can get a good one for less, the name brand ones aren't the only good ones.

Ceramic headers are great for reducing under-hood temps.
The OEM exhaust is not a true header, rather it's a manifold. Compare the pipe size and configuration with any after market header and the difference is very obvious.
