Default putting front axle were it should be after lifting

i am getting ready to start putting a 6.5 inch lift on my xj next week ive lifted it befor but it was a half a$$ job and never did drive right i wanna get it right this go around. My question is what kinda mesurments should i take to get the axle back were it should be befor an acual aligment. The set up ill be running is 6.5 inch springs RC front control arm drop brackets (i know ill hear about long arms are better but this is what my budget is alowing for now) and i have adjustable control arms. Im also running a RC hd adjustable track bar and bracket. Any info would be greatly appericated. Thanks

As long as you setup your arms to the specified lengths in the instructions you should be fine.

Did you measure axle center, caster, and pinion angle before you started? Just something I do now, after having problems in the past. Instructions are good, but alot of jeeps handle different or are tweaked. And some custom adjustment is required. Do you have adjustable uppers and lowers?
