So I traded my bike for a 92 Laredo 4.0. Love it. But the previous owner ripped out the ignition and rigged it to start with a screw driver. Didn't like the fact that the ignition panel was hanging down near the gas pedal. So I started searching for ways to install a push start, to my dismay I could hardly find any info on the subject. And everything I found had to envolve still turning the key, don't have one!. But I finally figured it out and just got it installed yesterday and works perfect. Will upload pics later as soon as I figure out how.

 

I had the same issue with my 91 back when I had it. I just took my VIN number up to a Jeep dealership and had them cut me a key, costed about $15.

 

I don't have what the key goes in! Lol the guy ripped it out all together.

A locksmith or normal garage can fix that for you tho.
