PSC Power Steering with Durango Box
Shouldn't be any issues using this

with the Dodge Durango gearbox swap, right? Will I need a tool to remove or install the pulley?

No, you shouldn't have any issues, and yes, you will need to get a tool to press the pulley on, or you can just find a bolt with the same thread pitch as the shaft on the pump and a nut to press it on, being PSC i wouldn't be surprised if the kit maybe even came with this.
