Problem with my electrical
I have a 01 XJ and lately I have been having some issues with my electrical systems. Occasionally when I turn on my blinker my windshield wipers will turn on and they vary in the speed. I have a background in electrical systems but I currently don't have a multimeter so I need a little help figuring it out.
