So I ordered the press in jj for my 3 link that im setting up.
The only options I see online are for a 1/2" or 7/16" bolt. I ordered the 7/16" on accident.
I had another jj sitting around that's made for a 5/8 bolt.
I took both apart and combined them.

Now there's a difference in width which ill take care of with spacers to bring it to the correct 2" width.

(Sorry about the flipped photo... you get the idea)
Also the press in was designed for internal grease and the other was designed for external, I still have to figure out that.

My JJs are the old internal grease type also. I spent the dough on a good grease bolt for them. Seems to work well.

My only problem is the ball part I switched on isn't set up for internal grease.
I might have to throw it on the lathe and make it work.
I'm very happy with the strength upgrade this will provide.
