Does anyone know how to get the side protectors off of the bottom of the jeep cherokee without scratching the paint and how do i get the glue stuff off with out scratching the paint either

Heat with a hair dryer and peel it off. Goop remover will take care of the rest.

i use a pin stripe eraser. its an eraser material bit that goes in your drill....peels pin stripes and that double sided tape, without scratching your paint.
