Hello, I am gonna be rebuilding my engine new crank, rings and bearings and figured since I had planned to replace the cam, I might as well upgrade. I plan to drive it around town and some highway, mild/light trails and beach cruising. What would be a good choice of a cam that will just drop in an d not require spring and everything else? I dont know much about performance cams so any help is appreciated. Thanks

in my rebuilt motor i got the one that is for fuel injection
