Default Paint question

Fixing the rockers and some rust on my XJ and my dad has been a body man his entire life so him and I are going to do it and completely repaint the truck the right way. My question is do you guys think I should leave it this color or try something else? I've never seen one this color.

if you can do the labour work for next to nothing with your dad thats cool. in that case id change the color, but like fred said its a pita. if it were mine and i was going to keep it for along time id repaint the whole thing mossy green pearl, if it was going to be flipped in the near future id respray it the same color and not bother with jams ect.

mine is already mossy green so im just respraying the exterior in spring, this jeep aint going to barret jackson haha

I was thinking a metallic black or the dark charcoal they put on the new grand Cherokees and add some flake so it's a real high metallic but also has that custom look to it

Keep the original colour, it's more unique and rare.

I'd leave the stock color its cheaper then painting everything to do it right.Later on you could always plastidip it any color you want and it can be removed anytime.

the cost is not a worry, all I'd be paying for is paint. And to be honest I'm not a fan of plastidip
