pace setter header leaks

pace setter header leaks
ok so i put a pace setter on for a customer today and it leaks like a bastard at the head....i get to take it apart tomorrow for free so i'm looking for advice i have never had a O.E. leak so i figure it's the header (i never liked headers on straight 6s) anyone got $0.02 to spare?

I just put a pace setter header on my jeep today and the y connector that bolts to it does not line up with the rest of the exhaust. Guess Im gonna have to call them or rebend a new peice of pipe.

yeah i had to weld and machine the flanges at the head to get a good seal... i did the job three times for free i will not be recommending them to anyone
