I currently have a rancho rs5000 that's blown up I can get it warrantied out and get a new one but would y'all say the ome is better? So it's basically spend 80.00 for a new ome or get a warranty new one free? It's a hard choice or am I making a bigger deal then necessary? I'm also looking for shocks too I'm considering Ome, Rustys, or anything y'all suggest?

Rancho makes good shocks but I don't think anyone will argue that OME's aren't better. But I wouldn't replace one of your Rancho's for a different brand, might cause some weird ride / handling issues. I'd at least replace them in pairs if you can't do all four.

OME seem to be a better shock and the ride is better. do you have to warrenty for the same. sometimes you can upgade and pay the differance may depend on the shop. Or you may upgrade your 5000 ro the adj rs9000xl and pay diff. that way you are staying with same brand. and you can adj to what you like.
