Well I went wheelin and when I was done I realized my check engine light was on and my pressure gadge is horizontal to my dash. What does this mean is it my gadge causing the light or something bad.

 

Verify that you have oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, if it checks out ok then its probably just your sensor. If not then you've got other issues.

What kind of wheeling did you do?

 

Agree with Jerry. everytime that has happened to me it has just been the sensor which is an easy fix. Im assuming by horizontal you mean 0 or pinned correct? you would think if the gauge was reading right, either way you would have no oil left in your motor and your motor would be shot. As It is running, I'de say test it and I'm betting its the sensor.

I think that's the cause.

 

Well I said **** it and drove it all over today and its getting oil so I think the gauge is broken and I have a bad ground somewhere because I keep losing power to every electronic item.
