4.75"
or
4 3/4" from center of track bar bolt to frame rail (unitbody rail).
Both the Rock Krawler double shear and the stock bracket have same measurement.

Why the hell did you lift it if it hasn't been wheeled?

Bolts in the bottom of the track bar bracket in good shape?? and Tight?

Only reason I ask is because I removed mine the other week and the bolts here worn severly around the bracket. Causing a bit of play

It's been wheeled once stock on some fairly difficult courses, I wanted to lift it to make it a capable rig, but since then I have been so backed up with work, school, and moving I have not had a chance to take it off the road yet.
I had every intention to when I was building it.

Yep that was one of the first things I checked.
When installing the track bar the bolts were actually almost too tight for the axle side hole.

TRE at pitman arm
Track bar and bolts / heim make sure the track bar mount isn't wallowed out
Check axle side
Control arm bushings
Steering box, steering box bolts, is the frame cracked?
Is your sway bar connected?
Whats the condition of your tires and wheels?
Have they been properly balanced?
Have you looked under there while a friend is turning the wheel back and forth?
IMHO the factory y setup is a joke once your over 3" lift. (Buts Thats just me)

it's all good though, your answers to the problem were solid directions to look.

They are alright as well the holes are pretty snug around the bolt on both sides of bar.

I think my problem lies with the angles of my drag link/track bar unless someone can point out something different.

I had no issues until I put on a new track bar which in turn changed my angles. That is the only thing that changed.

Its cool man. Im glad you went over everything. Did i read that right you have a 4.5"lift w/ long arms and a BDS adjustable track bar? What long arm kit do you have? Im trying to clarify because if you do i have the same identical track bar. It does retain the factory bracket. Im trying to be clear and thorough as possible.
