new pictures of my 2 door
hello all. resharing pics of my 99. recently trimmed my fenders to fit 31s with no lift. here is what it looked like with the tires on but no trimming. it was nice but i couldnt turn no more than 15 degrees. the wheels are 15x8 3.75BS.
here it is with cut and fold rears and trimmed fronts. trimmed bumper end caps all around and after some rustolem on the edges i decided to add some armaflex pipe wrap as fenders. i like how they are modest looking and still make my tires look bulgy. got the idea of using the armaflex from some previous posts

the only real mods besides the 31s on black rock 997s are a cold air intake and a flowmaster super 44 cat back. everything else is either cosmetic or basic part replacements. what do you guys think.
BTW, anyone know what this plug is for?? its not connected to anything

yeah its pipe insulation. bought it at home depot. so far so good. it has double side tape on both edges that actually sticks pretty good. ive only driven it around town. no rain and no highway yet. best of all its $5 buck per 6 feet and comes in a variety of thickness

That's why it's not plugged into anything, because you don't have cruise. It's a known fact that the wiring harness is there even though the Jeep wasn't equipted with cruise.
And the harness for all the front lights connects on the driver's side, so I would imagine that's where the wiring for fog lights would be if there were any.
