Default new gears and lockers along with a new driveline clunk

i have a 00 cherokee with a 4.0 and auto, i just finished up gears and a spartan locker in the rear and a high pinnion swap from a 96 along with gears and a spartan. well i just got it bolted back together tonight so i took it to the gas station for a quick ride...less than a mile round trip, during this ride i heard the ratching sound i was aware i was going to get with the lockers but when i let of the gas i was getting a light clunking whick sounded like it was coming from the rear and every time i let off the gas. im not sure if this is a result of the spartan or if theres something wrong, i had a good pattern on both front and rear and everything was in tolerance according to the paper work provided with the gears including and the spartans were in tolerance also, the rear was tight to the minimum but still with in specs and the u joints are less than 6 months old, it didnt do this before....anyone with any ideas? is it the lockers or is there another issue or is it normal?....any help appreciated, thanks, Gary

Lunchbox lockers create more slack in the drive train, I wonder if this is something your experiencing? I get a little more play when shifting between forward and reverse with my aussie but no clunking that I can think of.

All bolts are tight, torqued, and re torqued.....I was thinking locker also but I have no experience with a lunch box style locker before this so I honestly have no clue if thats it or not??
