Default New diff bearings too small, why?

Just ordered a master rebuild kit for my rear dana 44 and the diff bearings are too small. When I hold them up to the old bearings there smaller. Ordered it from 4wd.com and the number on the package is 16525.30. anyone run into this same problem before or know what the correct part # is that I need? This is what I ordered. Dana 44 Master Installation Kit By Alloy USA - Part # ALY352062 Drivetrain Axle: Rear Axle

What carrier are you running? I know some spools use different carrier bearings but sounds like they sent you the wrong ones.

Thinking you may have. I curious why both come with a crush sleeve. My front 44 uses shims for preload and all the other 44s I've dealt with have as well.

IIRC, you should use 706032 bearings.
