Just got a phone call from JC Whitney, short & sweet. The ARB is out of stock & they'll be refunding my money to my Pay Pal account.

You don't understand the purpose of MAP pricing. The premise is to level the playing field and provide parity (or close to it) for all vendors that opt to sell a particular product/brand. That means (in therory obviously) that a small business can compete with the likes of JCW, 4wp, Quadratec, etc.
I promise you that there's no way in hell that JCW was able to buy bonafide ARB Lockers and sell at the prices shown in this thread and make any money on any of them. The price of an ARB locker from ARB or from any wholesale house is phenomenally high, 3x times (approx.) what JCW was advertising them for.
I really hope that you guys are able to get the lockers you paid for, it would be an amazing score.
But let's be realistic....it's doubtful that anyone will. Someone at JCW screwed the pooch....royally.
And as far as being pissed if an ARB reseller contacted ARB, put yourself in their shoes. Start your own business and see just how cut-throat it really is.
Not a huge ARB fan here and I really don't try to hard to sell 'em. I have them on my site for the occasional interested party, I think I've sold 2-3 in the last 2 years. They simply aren't big money makers for me.

I've gotten 1 email so far saying the Dana30 I ordered was out of stock. Still have 2 other lockers pending so my fingers are crossed.

I did all 3 from JC Whitney. The last one I did via the phone with customer service, and she told me that she checked with the warehouse and they had them in stock ready to ship out. But it doesn't seem like I will be getting any of them.
Payment is still pending on my card for the other lockers I ordered.

FYI, their corporate is in Calif so I would bet any notice will go out after the phones shut down for the day.
