Have a complete RE 4.5" lift on my 97. New rear springs, shocks, etc..
Had a little bit of a fire in my shop and lost everything, including all my parts paperwork. I've searched online, and spent more time than I care to on hold. Does anyone know the coil bind height of the front springs?
Looking to finally bumpstop my XJ and am more concerned with coil bind than with bottoming the shocks.
I run the 4.5" lift, Rusty's steel flares (about 2-2.5" cutout), and 33x10.50 BFG mud-terrains on stock wheels. Sway bar disconnects front and rear.
thanks in advance

Flex your front end without coils in to see how much you need bump stop.
I can guarantee that your tire or something else with make contact before the spring is completely compressed.
