Need some input on new SYE dshaft angle
Hey guys, I just finished putting a SYE into my '98 xj. I pulled this Tcase, sye and driveshaft out of a parts truck a while ago and finally got around to putting it in and taking out my old Tcase drop.
But now that I've got it in the angle at the double-cardan looks a little sharp...what do you guys think?? It has maybe 3mm of clearance at the Dshaft ears right now but it looks like it might bind when I get it flexed out on the trail...
I'm at about 6.5" of lift, the 231/sye/dshaft came out of an xj with 4.5" lift.
Here's some pics..
