So where would I hit the bracket to hopefully knock it off?

Did you take off the bolts in the fender well, four or five total, should pretty much fall right off.

Maybe I missed a bolt? I'm currently at work so I can't check, but that will be something to look at. Thanks!

Wow. Maybe soak it in some penetrant for a few days and fry it with a torch. Or buy aftermarket mount and track bar if you can. That's horrible looking.

Id take a flap disc and continue grinding down the bottom side around the flush cut bolt. After a little grinding you should start to see a seem around the bolt forming, this will let you know that the bolt and bracket are no longer connected. at that point try to air hammer it again. If you have to grind down too far id say just scrap it and buy a new bracket. They aren't that expensive.

You know you're replacing track bar for obvious reasons, I'd go ahead and order a new bracket. I'd imagine the hardware didn't fare much better, worth considering too.

You know, I hate the heat in S. Texas. But when I took the front end apart on my all original 92 I could've re-used the cotter pins if I was feeling super cheap. I feel for you guys up north, what a nightmare.

I have to cut literally every bolt except three so far because they have been completely fused with the metal sleeves, or something of the sort. I'm so jealous of you guys that can just take apart your jeep in a day haha

I'm in the process of drilling it out right now, because with my track bar I need to drill everything out to 5/8" any way. If that works I'll give it a good electrosis bath and reuse it. Other wise I'll scrape it and a buy a new one. Thanks you so much everyone for your input!

get a new one, I have thrown so many of those away jeez. The effort to drill out to 5/8" is not worth it.
