Default Need help

I got a stereo system for Xmas and there is two 6x9 and two 6.5" speakers and a deck The problem is that my jeep has 5.25 in the door and lift gate I really want to keep this set up but not sure how to fab it up Here what I was think please help me out if you have a better idea 6x9 in their own box mounted to the roof inside the cab behind the rear bench seat I'm not really sure to mount the front tho I was maybe thinking cutting up about 1/2" on my door where the speaker bolts to and do it that way but not really sure if thing is a safe and ok thing to do If anyone has and Input please let me know!!

I made 6x9 boxes and just routed the wiring from tmy speaker bar to the rear cargo area. I dont know about those 6.5's

Thanks I planed on that just want to get a good idea on a way to make the 6.5 work

You can put the speaker on top of the door panel and screw it in might give it some more room. If not you can go get some cheap 5.25 inch from walmart. My brother got me some kicker 5.25 from walmart for like 40 bucks

I did 6.5" all around. I have the sound-bar in the back though. I just screwed into the moulding behind the speakers using wood screws. Most speakers come with threaded mounting tabs you could use if you trim the molding but I have had good success with wood screws through plastic on a few vehicles. The depth of the speaker is more important than the diameter in my experience. You could add a speaker ring if they are too deep but you may need to surface mount them
