Default need help with this

Ok guys I am new to CF. I need help tho. I have a 89 xj with 6.5 lft 33 in" tires and Im in the process of doing the front steering upgrade using the wj knuckle and I am wondering with that set up can I still use the factory location for the sway bar or will I need to move it

Or do I need the sway bar at all. Will it nake it harder to drive cause this is my dd

youll want to keep your front swaybar. im not sure if youll have to move it or not. if you search youll figure it out, alot of people have done this swap

Many people on here don't run a front swaybar, I personally wouldn't recommend it but it is possible, you'll just have more body roll around turns. You're sway bar connects to the axle, not the knuckles. You should be fine, but I've never researched the knuckle swap so I can't say for sure if the knuckle would encounter it during rotation.

Well I know the knuckle wont hit the sway bar mount I am worried the drag link hitting it. does the wj knuckle put the ear out far enough to clear the sway bar mount

I found a thread on 4x4wire that says yes it will encounter the sway bar as well as some other components

He did an OTK upgrade on it, I'm not sure if the utk setup would matter
