Default Need gutter mount suggestion

I live out where the roads are very rough, it did not take long for me to break the tabs off on my roof rack. I don't have access to a welder and the base will not let us weld so I cant fix them. I would really like to get my rack back on the Cherokee. What would you suggest for a gutter mount crossbar for an 88 Cherokee that I can bolt my rack onto? I need something that will ship to an FPO address. The builder of my rack wants to take care of it but it is too costly to try and get another rack out here. I don't want to burden them so I think this is my best option. The season out here has changed from boating to wheeling...

Thanks

You could try what I did. I drilled small holes through the factory roof rack and used u bolts and a flat bar to mount it. It was really strong and never shifted.
