Default mystery wires after engine swap

1998 4.6 AX-15 Looking for some help identifying two wires that I cant figure out what to do with. They are behind the alternator and shoot off from the ignition coil pigtail. I just finished up my 4.6 and now I cant get it to run. No spark and no fuel. New mopar crank sensor, new cam sensor. All grounds have been cleaned and checked. Not getting switched power to the ASD relay. Three different computers with no change. Looking for any help I can get. Thanks in advance.
