mounting a winch on arb front bumper

mounting a winch on arb front bumper
so i got a arb winch for 150$ that was smashed. i heated it up bent it back welded it and plated it where if was cracked. im having trouble figuring out how to mount the fairlead to the bumper of the winch? anyone have one and can tell me or show me how or what they did to mount everything on theres?
