im just wondering for future ideas, if i got more lift i would go to 5", right now i have 4" rear packs, and 3" springs with a 3/4 spacer. im gonna get an sye and driveshaft this summer, as well as some extended steel braided break lines, as mine is kind of mickey moused right now. if i were to lift it more, i would get 1" lift rear shackles, and 5" front coil springs. right now i have pro comp es 9000 shocks for 4" of lift. i would be lifting so i could fit 33x10.50 tires without rubbing or trimming. is there anythiong else i need to get for 5" of lift? or am i good?

you could just use a coil spacer... cheap to purchase, INSANELY CHEAP to make (mine cost $9 total)

I spaced my 3.5" lift to 5.25" and didn't change anything else. (already had long enough brake lines) It did move the axle off-center and mess with the alignment, so an adjustable track bar would be nice. It also rides quite a bit rougher since I went higher on the short arms. At 5.25, I had to do some significant fender cutting on the front to make them clear. A narrower tire with less backspacing would help, but I think you'd still have to chop some.
