Default Moabs or MT Classics?

I'm looking to pick up some new wheels for my 2000 XJ and I'm having a hard time making a decision so I'm looking for opinions!

It's come down to running a set of JK Moabs 17s with 285/70/17 BFG ATs or...

MT Classics 15s with 33x10or12.50.

I'm leaning towards the Moabs and I've read that because of the backspacing they fit just like stock XJ wheels, correct? I know I'd need adapters to run them.

If anyone has opinions or thoughts, I'd love to hear them.

Why not go with 16" Moabs from a 06 or below? No spacers, they bolt right on.

or ranger rims which fit alot like stock XJ rims they are 16x7 with 4.5" of backspacing. these have 285/75R16s on them

gotta grind the lip off of the center for them to fit over the hub.

tons of different versions as well if you want a different rim scroll to the bottom of this

I've got a line of a cheap set of 17" Moabs from a buddy so that's why I was looking there. I didn't know the 16s had 5x4.5 though, which is even better.

And as far as the ranger wheels, I'm just kinda stuck on a fat five spoke or classic bullet hole wheel.
