longer shocks, brake lines, and limit straps. also if you dont have a double shear track bar mount, get one.

Don't forget about the joints and bushings for the arms. Johny joints or hemis. Poly or rubber bushings. Greasable or non. Lucky for you there are a lot of good companies making joints! Are you doing a 4 link or a 3link or radius arms?

If you like your suspension and steering components, limit straps are a must. There is gonna be one of four things that will limit your downward travel....your shocks, your brake lines, binding components or limit straps.
Which one of those would you rather hang your axle, wheels, and tires off of while flexing? Limit straps so you aren't wearing out parts, pulling shocks apart, or end up having no brakes is what I would go with!

I agree! And you don't want your coil unseating too much either! Nor do you want your steering geometry too far off. I would go with limiting straps if you plan to flex a whole lot on a trail.
Which joints are you going with? I am curious because I have been thinking about building a four link and am unsure about which to use. Hemi joints are super strong and strait forward. But jjs are supposed to absorb some road noise. But hems are supposed to not be that bad on road noise. I guess you can't go wrong with either so I would love input on that part of your build!

Not to jack a thread but I have never heard of limiting straps. I'm gonna get a 4.5 inch lift and I guess I'll need them (no long arms). Where do I buy them from?
